Description
Lots of artists are trying to market to everybody, be nice to everyone. It can work if your art is decorative or cute. But many artists want more than just to sell nice things.
If you want your art to really connect with someone, you have to have the courage to stand out. To realise what you are for in this life.
My process to help is called One Drop, here’s how it works.
We start by making a strong decision about what drives you and why anyone should care.
Once that is really clear, we can work out where are your people. And truth is, we don’t just want that. We want your people, but the ones with money. Who are they? Where can we find them?
And I know you want to sell your art without it taking all day, so we design a simple habit that uses your strengths to reach those people.
Each of those steps is powerful. Identify your motivation, define and reach out to those who feel the same way. That’s a candidate income stream. But then we turn it up and write your hook, the thing you say that makes them stop. Makes you unforgettable to your ideal buyer.
That’s One Drop, a complete path from the meaning in your art to people who already want it and can afford it.
Once you know how, you can repeat it to get more than one type of buyer.
And if you want to approach it like a marketer, you’d keep going and over time, keep the best income generators and gradually retire the others.
It’s evolutionary. It’s collaborative.
The goal isn’t one lucky break. It’s building an art business from reliable streams of buyers who love what you do because they love what you stand for.
(Depending what I’m working on I don’t always have this available so if you want it, don’t wait.)
