Back in the day I spent a thousand pounds on an ad in a magazine and got nothing. We used to say that only half of our marketing is working, we just don’t know which half. That’s no longer true. We can track everything nowadays.

Truth is, you’re already ‘advertising’ yourself on social media. But the ads secret is it’s a two step process. There are ads where you maybe show yourself painting with a voiceover about your work. That’s to see who’s interested. Then only for those who show interest, an invitation to your show, to see your latest collection, or to join your mailing list for offers.
Two types of ads. Watch the numbers. Replace underperforming ones with better ones. That’s it.
